Commitment to hygiene and safety standards Responsibilities: Cleaning of suites, bathrooms, utensils, hallways, and kitchen; Changing linens and verifying consumption; Sending menu orders to suites; Requirements: Previous experience in cleaning or related activities (desirable but not mandatory); Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively; Availability to rotate between morning/afternoon and night shifts; Commitment to hygiene and safety standards and procedures; We Offer: Fixed salary: R$ 1\.730,00 Meal allowance: R$ 17.30/day Transportation allowance: R$ 12.00/day or cash fuel assistance. Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (one weekly day off and one Sunday off per month). * Loyalty and Incentive Program: Length-of-service loyalty: 25% of monthly salary in July for the first 2 years; 50% in the 3rd year; 100% starting from the 4th year. Performance Goals Program: Performance-based bonuses every 6 months. Working hours: 7 hours and 20 minutes per day; shift schedule to be coordinated with the manager.
