Maintain a courteous and professional attitude when serving guests **Position:** Hotel Housekeeper **Salary:** R$1.954,00 to R$2.150,00 **Schedule:** 08:00 to 16:20 **Job Description** Responsible for cleaning, tidying, and sanitizing hotel guest rooms and common areas, ensuring guest comfort, well-being, and satisfaction in accordance with the establishment's quality and excellence standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Clean, tidy, and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and hallways. * Change bed linens, towels, and replenish personal hygiene items and minibar supplies. * Inspect furniture, equipment, and utensils, reporting any irregularities to supervision. * Maintain proper storage and organization of cleaning materials and tools. * Strictly adhere to the hotel's cleaning, safety, and biosafety standards. * Assist in managing and controlling linens and cleaning supplies. * Maintain a courteous and professional attitude when serving guests. * Follow daily routines and schedules established by housekeeping management. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education (not mandatory). * Prior experience as a hotel, inn, or hospitality housekeeper (preferred). * Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation techniques. * Good communication skills and discretion. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
