Description
We are a national and international reference in inclusive martial arts, recognized for our work with individuals with autism and other disabilities. We operate at the Felipe Nilo Space (Rio de Janeiro), the Felipe Nilo Network (a franchise operator expanding across Brazil), and the National Institute of Inclusive Martial Arts (INAMI), as well as maintaining a strong public presence led by Professor Felipe Nilo.
Our work transforms families’ lives every day and is currently undergoing rapid growth. Therefore, we are hiring someone to join our commercial team and serve as the bridge between those who reach out to us and those who become clients, students, or partners.
You will be the first person to receive anyone contacting our brand — via phone, WhatsApp, social media, or in person — and you will be responsible for guiding that contact through to enrollment, service contracting, or scheduling a meeting with leadership.
**What you’ll do daily**
* Receive and qualify leads arriving via social media, website, WhatsApp, and referrals.
* Provide empathetic, human-centered, and professional service to families seeking our services, practicing active listening and empathy (many of the families we serve have children with autism).
* Clearly and confidently present our services, values, and differentiators.
* Conduct presentation meetings via videoconference (Google Meet / Zoom).
* Record and organize all contacts in the CRM, keeping the sales pipeline updated.
* Follow up with leads throughout all stages until closure.
* Collaborate with marketing to understand ongoing campaigns and convert generated leads.
* Receive visitors at the Felipe Nilo Space with impeccable presentation and readiness to conduct technical/commercial tours.
* Report weekly results to leadership clearly and responsibly.
**Mandatory requirements**
* Completed high school education (ongoing or completed higher education is a plus).
* Prior experience in customer service, sales, qualified reception, or commercial roles.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese, free of basic errors.
* Professional and presentable demeanor for in-person service and video meetings.
* Confidence and ease in conducting videoconference meetings.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing: what a lead is, how the sales funnel works, and the difference between organic and paid traffic.
* Basic CRM knowledge: prior experience using, or willingness to quickly learn tools such as RD Station, HubSpot, Kommo, or similar.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (spreadsheets, documents, presentations).
* Availability for 100% in-person work in Rio de Janeiro.
**Preferred qualifications (not mandatory but valued)**
* Personal experience or genuine interest in education, health, sports, or inclusion.
* Familiarity with WhatsApp automation tools (e.g., ManyChat, chatbots) and content marketing.
* Prior experience in franchises, gyms, clinics, or schools.
* Training in sales, customer service, or negotiation.
**The profile we’re looking for**
More important than a perfect resume is the kind of person you are. We want someone on our team who:
* Communicates with honesty — no evasiveness, no unfulfillable promises, no fabrication.
* Listens before speaking. Here, clients are often emotionally invested.
* Takes initiative and does not wait to be prompted to deliver what needs to be done.
* Embraces goals. Views commissions as opportunity, not threat.
* Is organized and disciplined regarding calendar, CRM, and follow-up.
* Wants to grow alongside a company expanding nationally.
Compensation: starting at R$1.800,00 per month
Benefits:
* Transportation allowance
