As a **Housekeeper** at Copacabana Palace, A Belmond Hotel, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, ensuring adherence to Belmond and hotel standards, guaranteeing guest satisfaction and exceeding expectations, delivering a unique and memorable experience, and embodying Belmond behaviors in all your actions. **DAILY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Clean, tidy, and maintain guest rooms and support areas according to Belmond and LQA standards. * Ensure organization and proper stocking of the housekeeping cart and linen closets. * Identify and report maintenance needs in guest suites and common areas. * Safeguard guests’ belongings by following lost-and-found and valuables-handling procedures. * Collect and deliver soiled linens to the laundry, and distribute clean linens to floors. * Greet guests courteously, ensuring service excellence and attention to individual preferences. * Complete check\-lists and activity reporting forms. * Support the Housekeeping team, contributing to smooth operations and teamwork. **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in this role or a similar position. * Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance practices in corporate environments. * Availability to work on a 5x2 rotating schedule. **Benefits** * + Comprehensive health and dental insurance plans extendable to immediate dependents. + Pharmacy benefits program. + Commuter allowance \- covering all transport modes: metro, bus, and train. + On\-site meals. + Life insurance. + 5 x 2 rotating schedule. + Birthday day off. + Discounts at company sales outlets. + Based on your "length of service", you earn complimentary nights and experiences at Belmond properties worldwide, including 50% discount on Food \& Beverage.
