Description of duties to be performed: * Provide technical support to the company in labor inspections; * Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees regarding workplace safety procedures; * Implement new techniques, safety procedures and controls in compliance with labor, social security legislation and current standards (such as OHSAS 18001 and ISO14001\); * Monitor the implementation of the annual SST activities calendar; * Conduct internal/external occupational safety training; \- Monitor the development of PPRA/LTCAT programs in compliance with labor and social security regulations. * Inspect company facilities, installations, and equipment, identifying unsafe conditions and proposing corrective and preventive measures. * Investigate work-related accidents and incidents, preparing reports and proposing actions to prevent recurrence. * Accompany inspections and audits by public agencies, assisting in the presentation of documents and information. * Maintain up-to-date legal records and documents related to occupational health and safety (CAT, ASO, PPE records, training records, etc.). * Promote accident and occupational disease prevention campaigns, such as SIPAT and other educational initiatives. 2510210202521761658
