Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and structure technical training materials focused on industrial robotics, automation, and control systems; * Deliver theoretical and practical training aligned with the technical competency matrix for operational roles, focusing on operation and maintenance of automated systems; * Identify needs for complementary training and refresher courses in robotics, PLCs, sensors, actuators, and supervisory systems; * Prepare and analyze monthly training reports, tracking performance indicators and technicians’ technical progress; * Compile training effectiveness indicators, evaluating impact on operational performance and reduction of failures in automated systems; * Provide technical support in developing, implementing, and optimizing automated equipment and robotic cells; * Support standardization and improvement of automated processes, contributing to increased productivity and system reliability; * Collaborate with educational institutions to establish partnerships for designing specialized technical training programs in industrial robotics and automation; * Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (SGQ), Environmental Management System (SGA), 5S, SIGA, and safety regulations applicable to environments with automated systems and industrial robots; * Operate light vehicles, when necessary and authorized by the manager, in accordance with driver’s license qualifications. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, Electroelectronics, Instrumentation, or Robotics; * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Experience in technical training, e-learning platforms, and technical teaching methodologies for robotics, automation, and industrial control systems; * Knowledge of PLC programming and parameterization, HMIs, and supervisory systems; * Preferred experience with industrial robots, sensors, actuators, frequency inverters, and pneumatic and hydraulic systems; * Experience diagnosing and resolving failures in automated systems and robotic production lines; * Familiarity with industrial robotics safety standards (NR-10, NR-12) and functional safety; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint – intermediate level) for preparing technical reports and presentations. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
