Focus on unified communication solutions Since 1999, Braga Soluções em TI has provided customized and accurate services and products to clients of varying sizes and industry segments. **Responsibilities:** * Perform comprehensive technical diagnostics, mapping the client's IT and telephony environment to enable cloud-based PABX implementation. * Plan, install, and configure unified communication solutions such as GoToConnect (Jive) and 3CX according to client needs. * Provide support for critical processes, including number portability, extension configuration, and call queues. * Train end users and the client's technical teams to ensure efficient use of implemented solutions. * Deliver technical support, ensuring full functionality of solutions and responding promptly to failures. * Monitor platform performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. * Collaborate with the sales team by participating in technical meetings with prospective clients and assisting in developing customized proposals. * Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including procedures, network topologies, and operational manuals. * Ensure project delivery within established timelines, maintaining quality and alignment with client expectations. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Networks, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. * Technical Knowledge: Practical experience with VoIP telephony, SIP protocol, and IP-PABX; Familiarity with GoToConnect (Jive) and/or 3CX is a plus; Knowledge of computer networks: IP addressing, NAT, firewalls, routing, and Quality of Service (QoS); Experience with telephony devices such as ATAs, softphones, IP phones, and routers; Basic understanding of information security applied to VoIP environments.
