Use measurement and testing tools to verify functionality. Provide external technical support to regional customers. Previous experience as a Technical Support Technician, Maintenance Specialist, Technical Assistance Analyst, or Technical Assistance Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Completed technical education required.
