Prior customer service experience is a plus **Job Responsibilities:** * Customer service via chat, e\-mail, and phone calls; * Install and configure Soluti products, especially digital certificates; * Provide remote support and instructions on product usage. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Systems Development Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields * Prior customer service experience is a plus **Working Hours:** * 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday **Location:** * Soluti Headquarters \- Jardim Goiàs Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 24 months Compensation: R$1\.000,00 per month Work Mode: On-site
