**Job Mission:** Support users of the Service Management Center by providing assistance and resolving (when eligible) issues or providing necessary information. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities (higher complexity) and Tasks (lower complexity):** Provide support to users of the Service Management Center. Provide support to users of the Service Management Center via chat tool. Log service requests in the web support portal. Follow up to confirm service requests. Ensure that first-contact information is properly registered in the web support portal. Escalate service requests to the appropriate levels for resolution. Follow customer-specific support scripts, if applicable. Resolve eligible requests. Clarify user questions received through the Service Management Center. **Requirements and Qualifications** ITIL V3 or higher certification is desirable.
