Network and connectivity support We are seeking a professional to serve as the first line of internal technical support, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT resources and delivering the best user experience. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Technical support and incident resolution (remote and on-site) * User support for systems, equipment, and corporate tools * Administration of the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint) * Desktop, notebook, and peripheral configuration, installation, and maintenance * Support for Office Suite, OneDrive, and collaboration tools * Network and connectivity support (Wi\-Fi, network ports, and VPN) * Hardware inventory management and technical documentation ### **Requirements** * Technical or undergraduate degree (completed or in progress) in IT, Networking, or related fields * Experience in end-user technical support (Help Desk / Service Desk) * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 * Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) * Basic hardware maintenance knowledge ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 * Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Apps * Familiarity with Information Security ### **Additional Information** * Location: Alphaville / Barueri – SP (Hybrid) * Employment type: CLT
