Nimbletec is seeking a **Technical Support Assistant** to work on-site in **Indaiatuba**. This opportunity is aimed at early-career professionals who wish to enter the Technology field and develop both technical and customer service skills. Prior experience is not required; however, we seek candidates with genuine interest in the field, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills. **Responsibilities** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers; * Assist with general IT tasks: installation and configuration of computers, networks, printers, systems, and various equipment; * Support the team in ticket triage and follow-up; * Conduct technical visits as needed; * Contribute to the maintenance and organization of IT environments. **Requirements** * No prior professional experience required; * Currently pursuing studies in IT, Networking, Systems, or related fields (preferred); * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, category B **(mandatory)**; * **Availability for short regional travel**; * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and ease in interacting with people; * Interest in continuous learning and career development in the Technology field.
