Support the analysis and operation of corporate systems. Assist in user account and access administration (Active Directory). Log and track technical support tickets. Support basic network and IT infrastructure maintenance. Previous experience as a Support Analyst, Support Technician, Technical Support Assistant, or Support Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this role.
