Diagnosis and resolution of issues related to commercial automation A telecommunications company is seeking a Technical Support Assistant in Porto Alegre. **Responsibilities:** Provide on-site first-level support to the company's clients to resolve service tickets and offer technical assistance to users. Work may be conducted on-site and/or via phone, email, and the Help Desk system, including logging tickets and updating documentation. Perform hardware, software, and system testing and evaluation. Conduct computer maintenance. Configure routers and modems. Install and maintain network assets. Diagnose and resolve issues with commercial automation equipment. Previous experience as a Support Analyst, Support Technician, Technical Support Assistant, or Support Specialist may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. High school diploma required.
