Microsoft 365 support and IT equipment organization Position: Technical Support N1 / N2 We are seeking a **Technical Support Analyst N1**, to perform remote support and occasional on-site **N2** activities, to join our team and support our clients in their day-to-day IT operations. Main Responsibilities * Handling **Level 1 remote support tickets**, with occasional support at **Level 2**. * Diagnosis and resolution of **hardware** issues (desktops, laptops, peripherals). * Identification and resolution of **network** incidents (connectivity, IP, DNS, Gateway). * Basic configuration of **routers and network equipment**. * Customer support for: * **Microsoft 365** (emails, accounts, permissions) * **Printer installation and configuration** * **Digital certificate assistance** * Assembly, organization, and basic maintenance of **IT equipment**. * Execution of periodic **physical preventive maintenance** (cleaning, organization, and equipment inspection). Desired Profile * Prior experience in **Level 1 technical support**, with basic knowledge of **Level 2**. * Strong communication skills and ease in user interaction. * Organized, responsible, and process-oriented profile. * Ability to perform both **remote and on-site support**. * Proactivity in handling technical and operational tasks. * Interest in **professional and technical growth** in the Information Technology field.
