Assist clients in executing HR routines and processes within the system. Identify, analyze, and guide solutions for questions related to payroll, vacation, termination, and labor charges. Provide client support via phone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp, ensuring clarity in guidance and quality of service. Record support interactions and track requests until resolution. Support clients in correctly using system functionalities. Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Technical Support Technician, Help Desk Analyst, or Support Consultant may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
