Provide specialized technical support remotely and on-site to end users and customers. Perform technical implementation and field support activities directly on-site. Conduct rigorous testing and homologation of new equipment and technological solutions from suppliers. Provide technical support for validation processes, quality control, and implementation of new software. Previous experience as Technical Support Technician, Support Analyst, Support Specialist, or Support Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
