




Technical Support (HelpDesk) Position Description: We are seeking a professional to provide technical support and assist the company’s external users. Responsibilities: * Respond to and resolve technical support requests via telephone, email, or chat * Perform basic financial support tasks, such as issuing payment slips * Assist in scheduling technical service appointments Requirements: * Prior experience in technical support or helpdesk roles is an advantage * Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with users of varying technical knowledge levels * Availability to work occasional on-call shifts
