Job Summary: An insurance brokerage seeks a professional to handle quotation, issuance, endorsement, and claims processing for property insurance, requiring an execution-oriented and highly organized profile. Focus on property insurance (Residential, Commercial, Condominium) An established insurance brokerage with over 30 years of operation in the sector, distinguished by technical excellence, a collaborative environment, and high-standard consultative service. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Quoting new and renewal insurance policies focused on the Property portfolio (Residential, Commercial, Condominium, Civil Liability, Portable Equipment, Engineering Risks, etc.). * Submitting proposals to insurers and tracking pending items and policy issuances. * Issuing policies, endorsements, and contract renewals. * Opening, monitoring, and supporting claim settlement and assistance processes. * Preparing comparative charts, process covers, and client/commercial support reports. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Proven prior experience in quoting, issuing, endorsing, and handling claims for Property Insurance. * Practical knowledge of insurer portals and brokerage management systems (Quiver, Segfy or similar). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Hands-on, execution-oriented, highly organized profile with excellent communication skills. **Employment Details:** * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Law), On-site * **Location:** Morumbi Region (South Zone) \- São Paulo / SP * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **Remuneration:** R$ 3\.051,78 to R$ 3\.602,19 (based on seniority) **Benefits Package:** * Meal Allowance / Food Allowance: R$ 50.00 per working day (paid via Flash card). * Transportation Allowance: Paid in cash via Flash card. * Health and Dental Insurance (Porto): 100% covered by the company for the employee. * Group Life Insurance (SulAmérica) with expanded funeral assistance. * Weekly Quick Massage (20-minute sessions). * Anniversary Credit based on tenure, paid via Flash card. * Annual Performance Bonus / Incentive (up to 2 gross monthly salaries in November, subject to goals/criteria).
