Description

The professional will be responsible for maintaining equipment in good working condition by performing technical maintenance, cleaning, safety tests, and visual enhancements at service points, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. ### **Main responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (e.g., component replacement, supply replenishment). * Conduct inspections and tests to ensure proper operation and safety. * Configure software and install applications. * Coordinate with suppliers and technicians for specialized repairs. * Request spare parts and activate logistics when necessary. * Identify potential fraud or malfunctions in security devices. * Ensure organization, cleanliness, lighting, and effective visual communication at service points. ### **Requirements** * Technical course (in electrical, electronics, computer science, mechanical, or related fields). * Knowledge of networks, technical support tickets, and testing instruments. * Experience in technical maintenance (preferred). * Valid Brazilian driver's license, Category B, and driving ability. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays (5x2 rotating schedule).
