Job Summary: Coordinate the regional technical team, manage costs, and control the quality of installation, maintenance, and operation services for equipment in the field. Key Highlights: 1. Quality control and continuous service improvement Coordinate the regional supervisor technical team for equipment installation, maintenance, and operation tasks, establishing rules to ensure proper execution of field activities. Manage field activity costs by minimizing expenses, with a focus on service excellence. Monitor service quality through team performance indicators, identifying corrective actions as needed. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Control and Automation Engineering. Experience in field installation, technical support, and maintenance. Prior experience with X-ray equipment and metal detectors in the security sector is desirable (Nuctech, Smiths Detection, Rapiscan, Astrophysics, CEIA, etc.). Experience working remotely with distributed teams to deliver optimal business results. Willingness to travel. Strong teamwork skills, managing expectations of our internal customers and clearly communicating requirements to remote teams to achieve objectives.
