**RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Install, configure, and maintain radio communication and CFTV systems; * Replace equipment, align antennas, and check signals; * Provide remote and on-site technical support, resolving hardware and software issues related to communication systems; * Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards during field activities; * Conduct functionality and performance tests on equipment, ensuring they meet required specifications; * Identify and resolve faults in the radio communication system, promoting continuous process improvement; * Monitor technological advancements and participate in the implementation of new solutions and system updates; * Record all activities performed and provide detailed reports on work progress and incidents. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Driver's license category B; * Basic computer knowledge; * Availability for travel; * Pursuing or completed technical education in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields (desired); * Knowledge in configuration and maintenance of portable, fixed, and vehicle-mounted radios (will be considered a plus).
