Job Summary: Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, technical diagnosis, and technical support of dental equipment, ensuring full functionality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance and installation of dental equipment 2. Technical diagnosis and preparation of quotations 3. On-site and remote technical support for customers * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on dental chairs and other equipment in the product line, such as autoclaves, compressors, ultrasonic cleaners, and X-ray units, ensuring full functionality and equipment safety. * Carry out installation and assembly of new equipment in dental offices and clinics, following technical specifications and biosafety requirements. * Transport, disassemble, and reinstall equipment as required by customers. * Analyze and diagnose technical issues with equipment, preparing maintenance quotations including parts, services, and labor. * Perform calibration, lubrication, and cleaning of equipment. * Provide on-site and/or remote technical support to customers and distributors, assisting in resolving inquiries and technical issues. * Prepare technical reports on service calls and maintenance performed. * Uphold the company's image by delivering excellent customer service.
