Work with quality and biosafety standards **JOB DESCRIPTION** Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on laboratory and hospital equipment in accordance with technical standards, quality norms, and biosafety requirements. Directly engages in technical customer support, analyzes service requests, and ensures efficient resolution of service calls. **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Respond to technical service calls (on-site and remote), as directed by the supervisor or area manager. · Install, perform corrective and preventive maintenance, repair, and replace laboratory and hospital equipment. · Implement programs and perform technical adjustments on in vitro diagnostic equipment. · Provide technical support to customers, advising on proper handling and operation of equipment. · Identify operational faults and propose solutions, including resolution of chronic or recurring faults. · Prepare technical reports and record all service activities in the system. · Analyze technical requests and ensure appropriate assignment of actions. · Strictly comply with quality, safety, biosafety, and good laboratory practice standards. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** **Education**: · Completed high school; · Completed technical education in electronics or electrotechnics. · Experience in maintenance of electronic machines and equipment. · Proficiency with measurement instruments. **Specific Knowledge (Technical Competencies)**: · Electronics applied to maintenance. · Reading and interpretation of technical manuals (English preferred). · Familiarity with measurement and testing tools and equipment. · Technical English for reading (intermediate level desirable). **Skills:** · Proactivity and sense of urgency. · Clear communication and interpersonal skills. · Analytical ability and problem-solving focus. · Organization, discipline, and attention to detail. · Team spirit and collaboration.
