Carry out activities in an innovative educational environment **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 44 hours per week / Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Saturday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Would you like to join the institution that has been offering high-quality higher education for over 57 years?!** We are an innovative institution with nationally recognized teaching quality standards, and we are seeking professionals to join our team! **What will you do in this role?** * Install, configure, update, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, peripherals, and other IT, audio, image, and video equipment; * Install and configure software (operating systems and applications) on computers and peripherals, as well as audio, image, and video equipment; * Support users (students, faculty, administrative staff) in specifying, evaluating, testing, installing, configuring, and operating (using) computers, peripherals, software, and audio, image, and video equipment, along with related software, under direct supervision; * Conduct and support users in recording and editing audio, images, and video for academic, administrative, and internal/external institutional events; * Conduct and support users in live streaming of audio, image, and video recordings to classrooms and internal infrastructure, radio/TV platforms, and/or internet platforms; * Install, test, operate, and perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance on data, audio, and video equipment and cables involved, under supervisor guidance; * Forward external maintenance requests to the supervisor when required—for computers, peripherals, audio/video equipment, data cables, and specialized-use cables—while supporting the area supervisor in monitoring such services; * Open and close laboratories, workshops, studios, auditoriums, and other units equipped with specific information and communication technology equipment, complementing user and institutional professional activities; * Support oversight regarding compliance with usage rules for laboratories, workshops, studios, auditoriums, and other units equipped with specific information and communication technology equipment; * Perform all the above activities internally within the institution and at external events in which the institution participates; * Safeguard and maintain sector equipment. **What are the selection process stages?** * Application * Curriculum Review * Interview with HR * Interview with the department manager and HR * **All selection process stages are both eliminatory and classificatory.
