Provide technical support to customers on the use of supplied products. Perform maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment. Deliver training and guidance on the correct use of products. Previous experience as Technical Support Technician, Engineering Assistant, Technical Assistant, or Support Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position. Completed technical education required.
