Their role will be pivotal in driving quality, efficiency, and continuous system evolution, bridging technology, product, and business areas. Beyond technical leadership, they will play a key role in people development, building a collaborative culture, and advancing processes—directly contributing to the scalability, sustainability, and innovation of company solutions. **Responsibilities** * Supervise the development team, distributing tasks and ensuring high performance in demand execution; * Provide technical guidance to the team, supporting decision-making, priority setting, and resolution of complex challenges; * Develop and monitor the team’s technical and behavioral growth, based on performance indicators, engagement, and team climate; * Plan and monitor projects, releases, and estimates, ensuring predictability and operational efficiency; * Ensure timely delivery by balancing evolutionary, corrective, and customization demands with a focus on value delivery; * Act strongly in technical governance, ensuring architectural standards, best practices, and code quality; * Monitor and act upon key indicators—such as rework, production bugs, SLA, and incidents—promoting stability and continuous improvement; * Serve as the connection point among development, product, support, and business areas, ensuring alignment and workflow fluidity; * Actively participate in building and evolving the technical roadmap; * Identify operational bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement, proposing structural solutions; * Encourage documentation, knowledge sharing, and reduction of individual dependencies; * Anticipate risks and structure contingency plans; * Contribute directly to departmental and company results through operational efficiency and delivery quality. **Requirements:** --------------- We seek a professional with solid web development experience and prior technical or team leadership experience, capable of acting strategically, analytically, and results-oriented.
