Strategic alignment and prioritization with requesting areas Description: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in team management; * Experience working with systems and business in the technology area; * Experience aligning with requesting areas to determine priority backlogs; * Strong communication skills with team members and users, dynamism, and teamwork; * Good adaptability to changes and new demands; * Solid knowledge of SQL Server \+ Office; * Knowledge of banking workflows and products. * Manage the Business Analysts team; * Distribute tasks among team members (considering each Analyst's skill set); * Plan, create, and monitor project implementation schedules; * Develop and present departmental KPIs; * Formulate operational strategy based on KPI results; * Monitor error/bug analysis with the team; * Analyze documents evidencing issues together with the team; * Clarify support-related questions from analysts and, if necessary, from users; * Evaluate test execution; * Monitor version deployment; * Guide (if necessary) requirements gathering activities with the team; * Evaluate creation of functional specification documentation; * Monitor and conduct (when necessary) meetings with requesting areas to define priorities; * Align with the team and prioritize jointly with development teams and/or vendors. 2512100202181911433
