Description

Develop computerized applications by designing, implementing, and maintaining systems according to appropriate methodologies and techniques, aiming to meet established objectives regarding quality, costs, deadlines, and benefits. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct tests on the functions of deployed software after replacing them with updated or maintenance versions, aiming to monitor their impact on current routines; * Disseminate implemented or modified techniques and resources by providing guidance, training, and resolving questions from other company departments, aiming to improve system operation and optimize resource utilization; * Gather and collect system information and requirements to specify system configurations and functionalities, as well as code and project documentation for consultation, to facilitate understanding by Level 2 support; * Train and support users in using developed or third-party acquired systems, aiming to ensure their proper functioning. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Administration, Systems Analysis, or Computer Science; * Experience in the field is desirable. **Additional Information** Working hours: Monday through Friday, from 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM. CROSS is responsible for operationalizing regulation activities concerning available health care offerings to meet citizens’ immediate needs, aiming to promote equitable access and guarantee patient care integrity within the São Paulo State Unified Health System (SUS/SP), within its coverage area. CROSS carries out: * Medical regulation of urgent care; * Outpatient medical regulation; * Monitoring of resources made available in the São Paulo State Health Regulation Information System (SIRESP); * Support for Government Strategic Programs; * Training and technical support for users of the São Paulo State Health Regulation Information System (SIRESP).
