Job Summary: Systems Analyst for HR support, including understanding HR business rules, logging and resolving tickets, and training users. Key Highlights: 1. Troubleshooting issues in HR modules An Enterprise Management and Human Resources Consulting firm is seeking a Systems Analyst in Ribeirão Preto. **Responsibilities:** Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for HR system-related inquiries and incidents. Understand HR business rules to interpret and resolve issues within system modules. Log, track, and resolve tickets via the help desk tool, adhering to SLAs. Train users on system functionalities and best practices for usage. Engage third-party support when required and monitor issue resolution. On-site work in Ribeirão Preto / SP.
