Understand HR business rules to interpret and resolve issues within system modules. Log, track, and resolve tickets via the help desk tool, adhering to SLAs. Train users on system functionalities and best practices for usage. Engage third-party support when required and monitor issue resolution. On-site work in Ribeirão Preto / SP.
