




**Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Networks, or related fields * Windows and/or Linux operating systems * Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) * Hardware knowledge (assembly, maintenance, and diagnostics) * Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) * Support for ERP, CRM, or internal systems * Basic database knowledge (SQL – simple queries) * User access and permission management * Ticketing and support tools (Service Desk / Help Desk) * Basic information security and LGPD knowledge * Backup, system updates, and maintenance * System and end-user integration **Main Responsibilities** * Provide first- and second-level technical support to users * Receive and log support tickets, ensuring response deadlines and service quality * Diagnose and resolve system, software, and hardware issues * Install, configure, and update systems and applications * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance * Manage user access, permissions, and profiles * Assist users with technical and operational questions * Document procedures, solutions, and technical standards * Monitor IT vendors and service providers * Support improvement initiatives and implementation of new systems * Ensure stability and security of IT environments Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3.000,00 – R$3.500,00 per month Workplace: On-site
