**None:** SYSTEMS ANALYST (CONSULTING) We are seeking a Systems Analyst specialized in Senior Sistemas solutions to support, enhance, and develop internal projects. The professional will be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions, ensuring the operational efficiency of the Senior X platform (G7 Technology\) and legacy systems. This position requires strong technical expertise in Senior Programming Language (LSP), rule structuring, form development (ECM/WEB), and BPM (Workflow) process modeling within Senior Flow. Key Responsibilities The role encompasses responsibilities ranging from requirements gathering to final delivery and ongoing support of solutions. **Requirements Gathering and Architecture:** Map business processes and analyze requirements in collaboration with business areas (e.g., Human Resources, Payroll, and Controller’s Office), preparing necessary technical and functional documentation for customizations within the Senior Sistemas environment. **Development and Customization:** Design and implement advanced customizations using Senior Programming Language (LSP) and Senior SQL 2\. The professional must create and maintain Consistency Rules, Calculation Rules, and Ad-hoc Rules, ensuring system compliance with the company’s internal policies. **Business Process Management (BPM):** Model, automate, and optimize business processes using Senior Flow (Workflow). This includes developing ECM and WEB forms integrated with BPM workflows, defining task assignments, logical expressions, and approval rules. **Support and Integration:** Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on the Senior X platform (G7 Technology\). The analyst must manage integrations via G5/G7 ETL Integrator and REST APIs, ensuring accurate communication among ERP, HCM modules, and third-party systems. **Quality and Support:** Conduct unit and integration testing of developed solutions. Provide advanced technical support (Level 2/3\) to key users, deliver training on new features, and assist in IT project management. **Mandatory Requirements:** This position demands solid academic background and specific technical experience within the Senior ecosystem. Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields. Proven hands-on experience developing with Senior Programming Language (LSP) and Senior SQL. Proficiency in creating and maintaining Rules and Programmer Functions within the Senior system. Experience building business process flows in Senior BPM (Senior Flow) and developing forms. Technical experience with G7 architecture (Senior X platform) and knowledge of ETL integrators. Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle or SQL Server). **Desirable Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):** Familiarity with business rules for Human Resources, Payroll, and Time & Attendance.
