Train staff on new tools and track performance **System Analyst Position** We're seeking a System Analyst to review and improve our IT systems to support the business better. **Key Responsibilities** * Talk to teams to understand their needs and current system issues. * Analyse systems, spot problems, and suggest simple fixes or upgrades. * Design system changes, test them, and help roll out updates smoothly. * Write clear guides and train staff on new tools. * Track system performance and prepare reports on costs and benefits. **Requirements** * 2\+ years in IT analysis or similar role. * Knowledge of software development basics and tools like SQL or databases. * Strong problem\-solving and communication skills. * Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time Pay: R$30\.00 \- R$40\.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
