**Description:** **Education:** Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields, from the 2nd semester onwards. **Professional Experience:** Experience in providing support to corporate IT users. **Technical Skills:** Operation of microcomputers and use of office automation software (e.g.: Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace); Wired and wireless computer networks, including basic knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol; Technical proficiency compatible with job responsibilities.
