Requirements: ✔️ Technical knowledge in IT (hardware, software, and networks) ✔️ Experience or background in technical support (Level 1 and Level 2) ✔️ Focus on internal and external customer service with a consultative approach ✔️ Basic knowledge of computer science, operating systems, and corporate applications ✔️ Familiarity with configuration and parameterization of card terminals (POS) ✔️ Basic knowledge of TEF and acquirers such as Cielo, Rede, Getnet, etc. ✔️ Ability to analyze communication failures, system integration, and transactional testing ✔️ Indicate salary expectation during registration ✨ Benefits offered: ?
