Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technology-passionate professional to join our IT team and provide support to users, systems, and networks. Key Highlights: 1. If you enjoy challenges, are eager to learn, and want to grow with us, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Your typical day will include: * Providing in-person and remote user support * Installing and maintaining company systems, network servers, and internet infrastructure * Delivering technical support to company microcomputer users upon request * Resolving network issues, performing equipment and peripheral maintenance * Installing required systems or software on new equipment (including industrial devices integrated with the internal network) * Performing routine tasks relevant to the IT department **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical or higher education degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. * Knowledge of networking (cable crimping, switches, Wi-Fi networks) * Assembling, maintaining, and installing software on computers and notebooks * Experience with Protheus system * Knowledge of servers (administration, user creation, account blocking, password changes) * Knowledge of backup solutions (Shadow Copy and Azure) **Additional Information** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:10 PM * Transportation allowance * On-site parking * Breakfast and lunch provided at the company * Health insurance plan (optional, 100% employee-paid) * On-site dental clinic At Masipack, we believe innovation begins with people passionate about what they do.
