An IT company is seeking a Support Analyst in São Paulo (Itapevi). **Responsibilities:** Diagnose and repair defects in computers and laptops. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on network equipment and servers. Install, format, and configure operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS). Provide remote and on-site technical support (Level 1 and 2\). Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Help Desk Analyst, Support Technician, or Support Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
