If you seek to build, transform, and leave your mark on a company that drives an entire industry forward, this role is for you. ### **The Role’s Challenge** Serve as the subject-matter expert for **specialized customer support related to the tax module of our ERP**, ensuring correct issuance, validation, and transmission of electronic tax documents. This position requires frequent interaction with customers in critical situations, demanding clear and empathetic communication, strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving issues, and close collaboration with internal teams to escalate and resolve highly complex requests. ### **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** **You will be responsible for:** * Handling and tracking support tickets related to the ERP’s tax module; * Assisting customers with the issuance, validation, cancellation, and transmission of electronic tax documents (NF-e, NFS-e, NFC-e, CT-e); * Analyzing logs, error messages, and XML files to identify and resolve tax inconsistencies; * Guiding customers on data correction, tax rules, and contingency procedures; * Verifying and supporting integrations between the ERP and SEFAZ; * Using ticketing tools and knowledge bases for logging, tracking, and documenting support interactions; * Maintaining organization and attention to detail when reviewing tax-related information; * Communicating clearly and empathetically with customers, especially during critical situations; * Collaborating with internal teams to escalate more complex cases (Level 2 or specialists); * Staying up to date on changes in tax legislation and system enhancements. ### **What We Expect From You** * Technical or undergraduate degree in progress in Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems; * Minimum experience in ERP or SaaS system support (preferably tax modules); * Knowledge of electronic invoices (NF-e, NFS-e, NFC-e, CT-e) and basic tax legislation; * Familiarity with invoice issuance, cancellation, and submission; * Ability to analyze invoice logs and error messages; * Knowledge of XML validation and tax layout specifications; * Understanding of tax tables (ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IPI) and tax regimes (Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, Lucro Real); * Ability to guide customers on data correction and tax contingencies; * Knowledge of ERP-to-SEFAZ integration routines; * Experience with support tools, ticketing systems, and knowledge bases (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira). #### **Desirable Qualifications (to set you apart)** * Experience implementing ERP systems or tax modules; * Knowledge of SPED Fiscal and SPED Contábil; * Familiarity with automation of tax processes and accounting reports; * Experience supporting enterprise or corporate clients. ### **Our Benefits Package:** * **Beneflex Flash (Visa)** – USD 650.00/month * **Remote Work Allowance** – USD 100.00/month * **Transportation Voucher** (for in-person work) * **Unimed Health Plan** – Hospital + Outpatient Coverage * **️ Gympass** * **️ MetLife Life Insurance** * + **National SESC Agreement** (extendable to family) * **️ Local Agreements** (food, health, leisure, psychology) * **Partnerships with educational and language institutions** * **Flexible Dress Code** * **Birthday Day Off** ### **Work Format** For this position, work is **100% remote.** ***Ready to help shape MK’s product future?*** If you’re looking for an innovative, autonomous environment where you can make real impact — and want to participate in transforming our ecosystem — this role is for you. **Apply now and help build MK Solutions’ future!**
