




The Supply Chain Engineer is responsible for the strategic management of procurement for materials, equipment, and technical services, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, project timelines, and budget constraints. Acts as a liaison among technical departments, suppliers, and the procurement team, ensuring all purchases meet quality requirements and contribute to the organization’s operational efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze technical specifications, project documents, and descriptive memoranda to define procurement needs for materials and equipment. * Conduct technical and commercial supplier research, evaluating production capacity, compliance, and service history. * Lead quotation and negotiation processes, securing optimal conditions regarding price, delivery schedule, warranty, and quality. * Evaluate technical and commercial proposals, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and requirements. * Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and mitigate risks. * Monitor the supply schedule, ensuring a continuous flow of materials for project execution. * Collaborate closely with Engineering, Planning, Construction, and Finance teams to align procurement demands and support decision-making. * Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives. * Prepare technical and commercial reports to support management decisions. * Support supplier qualification processes and technical contract management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Prior experience in technical procurement, engineering supply chain, or related fields. * Advanced ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and documentation. * Familiarity with strategic negotiation processes and contract management. * Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and procurement management software. * Knowledge of technical standards (ABNT, ASTM, NBR) and industry-specific materials is desirable. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive compensation; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; * Parking; * Annual bonus; * Health insurance. **WHO WE ARE.
