Join **\#GrupoNós** and seize the opportunity to help build the **fastest-growing retail company in Brazil**! **Responsibilities and Duties** Support Supply Chain operational activities, ensuring purchase orders and goods receipt postings (MIGO) are completed within established SLAs, with quality and adherence to processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Generate purchase orders per approved requests; * Perform goods receipt postings via MIGO in SAP; * Ensure compliance with SLAs defined for purchase order creation and invoice registration; * Verify basic information between purchase orders and invoices (quantities, values, cost centers); * Support resolution of pending items with requesting departments; * Organize operational controls and support process flow improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (currently pursuing higher education is a plus); * Basic Excel knowledge; * SAP experience is desirable; * Organized, agile profile with strong focus on meeting deadlines. **Additional Information** Every large-scale operation requires strategy, vision, and people who think ahead.
