MARKETING SUPERVISOR \| ISLA ISLA is seeking a dynamic, creative, organized, and highly execution-oriented Marketing Supervisor to directly contribute to building and strengthening the brand across all company channels. We are looking for a professional with strong aesthetic sensibility, leadership ability, and a modern vision of branding, content, and digital media—capable of swiftly, consistently, and effectively transforming strategy into execution. Key Responsibilities **Lead and coordinate the marketing and creative team (approx. 10 people)** Ensure timely deliveries with agility, organization, and high visual standards **Coordinate content production for social media, campaigns, blog, and digital channels** Oversee photo/video shoots, creative development, aesthetic direction, and material production **Collaborate closely with the Style and Sales teams** Support distribution channels: Wholesale, E\-commerce, Company-Owned Stores, and Franchises **Participate in building and strengthening the brand identity** Coordinate content calendars, commercial initiatives, and campaigns **Introduce innovation, visual expertise, and AI tools applied to marketing and creative work** Prerequisites **Minimum 5 years of experience leading marketing/creative teams** Execution-oriented, agile, organized, and prioritization-focused profile **Strong aesthetic repertoire and attention to detail** Experience in branding, content, social media, and creative production **Familiarity with AI tools applied to creation and marketing** Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods is a significant advantage **Experience targeting A/AAA audience segments** Strong communication skills, high energy, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment **Hands-on profile, proactive attitude, and results focus** We seek someone who: **Makes things happen** Possesses good taste and broad visual repertoire **Can lead without compromising execution speed** Understands brand, image, desire, and positioning **Has a modern perspective on content and digital media** Compensation: R$7\.000,00 \- R$8\.000,00 per month Work location: On-site
