If you are a proactive person who enjoys working in a team, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** Supervise personnel administration, recruitment and selection, training, SESMT (Occupational Health and Safety), communication, and benefits processes, aiming to develop and implement people management and development practices aligned with business needs. **Duties:** Manage the company’s Human Resources activities, ensuring strong team performance and employee satisfaction; Act as an internal consultant for team managers and provide support on personnel management matters; Supervise recruitment and selection activities, ensuring compliance with company policies; Develop and implement internal processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR procedures; Foster a healthy and positive work environment for employees, ensuring well-being initiatives and quality-of-life improvements.
