This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency, process compliance, cost control, and service quality delivered to employees, acting as the liaison between suppliers, internal teams, and leadership. The mission of this professional is to ensure the efficient execution of General Affairs routines, maintaining a high service standard, organizational excellence, and operational compliance within a dynamic and multinational corporate environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise General Affairs operations, including Workplace \& Facilities, Real Estate, corporate fleet, asset management, and administrative services; Monitor contracts and suppliers, ensuring SLA compliance, delivery quality, and cost control; Serve as the primary point of contact for infrastructure-related requests and employee support; Support the implementation of policies, processes, and operational standards, ensuring adherence and compliance; Manage the departmental budget, monitor expenditures, and assist in identifying optimization opportunities; Coordinate infrastructure improvement projects, internal relocations, minor renovations, and workplace initiatives; Support the organization of corporate events and internal initiatives; Monitor operational KPIs and propose process improvements; Supervise operational staff and service providers, ensuring alignment, productivity, and delivery quality.
