Key Responsibilities * Supervise registration and customer service department routines; * Ensure correct data entry, validation, and updates; * Guarantee adherence to deadlines and information quality; * Conduct team management and monitoring; * Support coordination in defining strategies and monitoring KPIs; * Standardize processes and continuously improve workflow; * Ensure compliance with internal policies; * Provide support to internal departments and resolve data inconsistencies. ✅ Requirements * Experience in data verification and validation within administrative or operational environments; * Experience in process standardization and information quality control; * Experience in team leadership or supporting team management; * Experience in KPI monitoring and interfacing with internal departments; * Organized, analytical profile with a results-oriented mindset.
