Logistics and sales operations support **♿ This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities.** **Your main responsibilities:** ✅ Customize shirts and assist customers with requests such as exchanges; ✅ Receive, inspect, label, and store merchandise, ensuring accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing items; ✅ Organize inventory functionally, keeping products clearly identified and in good condition; ✅ Restock products promptly on shelves and display windows, contributing to the store’s visual merchandising; ✅ Conduct periodic inventories, weekly audits, and verify item quality and integrity; ✅ Support online order operations, inter-store transfers, and other logistics routines; ✅ Assist the sales team with customer service and product packaging; ✅ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom, adhering to safety regulations and operational best practices; **What we’re looking for in you:** **✅** Completed high school education (a completed or ongoing undergraduate degree is a plus); **✅** Basic retail knowledge (store organization, restocking, pricing, inventory operations); **✅** Basic familiarity with inventory-checking applications / retail ERP systems; **✅** Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and match days.
