Interface with the sales team to ensure prompt customer service **STORE ASSISTANT** **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate the online sales platform for order tracking and management * Pick and verify merchandise according to orders placed digitally * Issue invoices and organize shipments * Support inventory organization and product flow in the store * Interface with the sales team to ensure prompt and high-quality customer service * Provide general support for daily store operational tasks **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Proficiency and familiarity with computers and software systems * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency * Collaborative and proactive attitude * Prior experience in retail, inventory, or e\-commerce is preferred **Advantages:** * Experience in online order picking * Basic knowledge of invoice issuance 8 hours/day, rotating schedule 6x1\. Must be available to work during shopping mall operating hours.
