Job Summary: We are seeking an on-site QA Tester with solid experience in manual testing, scenario mapping, and documentation to perform requirement analysis, test execution, and delivery validation—navigating legacy systems and collaborating across multiple departments. Interaction with multiple departments to ensure delivery quality **What We’re Looking For?** We seek a QA Tester with solid experience in manual testing, scenario mapping, and test documentation to work on-site in analyzing, executing, and validating deliveries. It is essential that the candidate can navigate legacy systems, demonstrate organization and attention to detail, and effectively interact with multiple departments to ensure delivery quality. **Main Responsibilities** Map, structure, and document all required test scenarios to ensure delivery quality; Perform detailed manual testing (including desk checks) prior to any automation initiative; Record evidence, results, and non-conformities, ensuring full traceability; Collaborate with functional analysts and technical teams to clarify requirements and validate deliveries; Contribute to continuous improvement of testing and quality processes; Support future test automation initiatives (only after complete mapping of all manual tests). **Requirements** Practical experience in manual testing and test scenario documentation; Ability to analyze systems and systematically identify test scenarios; Experience with legacy systems and tools such as Forms, Delphi, or VB; Organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills for cross-departmental interaction. **Preferred Qualifications** Knowledge of the healthcare sector and familiarity with clinical workflows; Prior experience in test automation; Experience with older or legacy systems in healthcare environments. **Work Location:** On-site in São Paulo / SP **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic, challenging environment where professionals have opportunities to engage with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, propose new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil—and why not, from anywhere in the world.
