Software Engineer - FullStack React/Node.js Senior - International

Description

We are looking for a **Software Engineer FullStack React/Node.js**, who enjoys working in a cooperative environment with cutting-edge technology. This opportunity is for a long-term international project. In addition to the technical requirements listed below, you must speak English to work with our partner. Our Outsourcing Management team will be closely supporting you, conducting 1:1 meetings to ensure strategic alignment, cultural integration, and your career development. **Responsibilities and duties** **Key responsibilities include:** * Develop and maintain applications using Node.js (v22\) and NestJS, ensuring strict TypeScript mode is enforced across all code. * Work with PostgreSQL as the primary database, optimizing queries and ensuring data integrity. * Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React with Vite, styled with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui components, and document components using Storybook. * Implement and execute tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright to ensure application quality and performance. * Participate in configuring and maintaining production and development environments using Docker, AWS ECS, and Terraform. * Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring efficient automation of build and deployment processes; * Collaborate with the team in a full-stack monorepo environment with TypeScript, contributing to shared code organization and maintenance. **What you need to have:** * Practical experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS; * Frontend development experience with React and Vite; * Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript testing using Jest and React Testing Library; * Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and containerization with Docker; * Experience with PostgreSQL; * Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and Storybook; * Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); * Ability to collaborate effectively in an agile environment, preferably within monorepos. **Desirable requirements and qualifications:** * Experience in large-scale projects and high-availability environments; **Preferred education and engagement:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Participation in tech communities or involvement in technology-related groups; * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment; * Skill in solving complex problems and critically evaluating proposed solutions; * Collaborative product design; * Commitment to continuous self-development in technology. **Additional information** **What we offer:** Meal and transportation allowance; Health insurance; Semi-annual performance reviews with growth opportunities; Feedback-driven culture; Maternity/paternity leave; Referral bonus; ZenKlub \- two free sessions per month; Education benefit; Tenure bonus; Coworking office available in Porto Alegre (RS). **About the hiring process:** Employment contract under CLT or PJ model; Remote work; We are committed to building a more diverse and inclusive company.
