This position offers the opportunity to learn and actively contribute to software development projects under the guidance of experienced mentors, while continuing to build knowledge and experience in the field. **Responsibilities:** * Actively participate in a structured training program to enhance technical skills in programming, software architecture, system design, and other relevant areas. * Collaborate with more experienced members of the development team to understand project requirements, contribute to solution design, and develop high-quality code. * Participate in code reviews and feedback processes to continuously improve coding skills and the quality of produced code. * Engage in professional development activities, such as workshops, trainings, and industry events, to expand knowledge and skills. * Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the field of software development. **Requirements:** * Experience in development with Java, Angular, Spring Framework, JPA, and data modeling. * Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Oracle databases. * Familiarity with Microservices, Clean Code practices, and code analysis is desirable. * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Technology, accredited by the MEC. **Competencies:** * Teamwork; * Strong communication.
