The Inatel is recruiting a DevOps Specialist to work at ICC SOFT.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform system updates (deployment) using project-specific technologies;
* Develop high-complexity scripts to automate project deployment or any other task deemed necessary for automation by the project;
* Monitor systems and applications using project-defined technologies, perform high-complexity analysis on collected data, and carry out complex tool configurations;
* Define architecture in terms of documentation and technology;
* Use cloud computing platforms and provision basic cloud resources and services manually and automatically;
* Develop medium-complexity internal web tools for project use;
* Document processes and technical solutions according to project needs;
* Analyze and resolve critical software and infrastructure incidents in the system;
* Automate the Build process;
* Analyze and isolate defects identified during solution testing, identify root causes, and propose solutions to meet software quality processes;
* Create supplementary documentation as required by the project;
* Apply new software development procedures as needed, describing methods and operationalization in standardized sequences according to the assured quality system, aiming for continuous improvement;
* Act as a knowledge multiplier, providing technical support to the team.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering;
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, including Kubernetes, microservices, and service mesh;
Proficiency in:
* Deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Travis CI, Salt),
* Cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, OpenStack, Google Cloud),
* Scripting languages such as Shell Script, Python, or PHP,
* Cloud automation tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation),
* Infrastructure as Code,
* Programming languages for test automation (e.g., Selenium, JavaScript, PhantomJS, CasperJS),
* Version control tools (e.g., Git, Gerrit),
* Programming logic;
Familiarity with:
* Tools such as Grafana, Graphite, ELK,
* Docker container usage, Kubernetes, Linux environment management,
* Databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Cassandra) — SQL/NoSQL, queries, and table/schema/script creation,
* System development methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and tracking tools (e.g., Jira);
Basic knowledge of security and vulnerabilities (e.g., SQL injection, cross-site scripting, CSRF, SSL, etc);
Advanced / fluent English for daily conversations with international teams.
**Additional Information** **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
**Work Location**: Activities will be conducted remotely (Home Office).
